Behavior Assessment Request
Please Read SURRENDER INFO before submitting. The Solano SPCA accepts animals surrendered by owners. All animals must have a behavior assessment completed before they can be accepted into our adoption program. The assessment helps us to determine the basic temperament of the animal as well as helping to determine if the animal will adjust to life in the shelter environment for an extended period of time. The more you can tell us about your animal, the easier it will be to find him/her not only a new home but an appropriate new home. Thank you for helping us begin the process by providing us with this initial surrender request form.
