The shelter just recently received an e-mail from an adopter who has moved back east with her family and of course they took their wonderful dog (adopted from the Solano SPCA in 2003) with them. It seems he loves the snow! Here is her message and the picture she sent. Good for you Max! And thank you Jennifer and family for giving Max such a wonderful, loving home!
We adopted Maximus (now Max) from your shelter in 2003. We are an Air Force family and have since been relocated to South Carolina. Max made the cross country trip no problem, and he has been THE best dog I've ever had! He's handsome and is wonderful with our two children. He's definitely a great fit to our family. Anyways, thanks for all you do and for fitting us with such a great dog! We hope he'll live many more years J Attached is a pic of Max playing in the snow we recently got. He loved it!
